Welcome to Meet the Miles ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services for booking Kashmir tour packages. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking & Payments

1. Reservations: Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a non-refundable deposit (typically 20-30% of the total package cost).
2. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal, etc.).
3. Full Payment: Must be completed 15 days before the tour start date, unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

1. Cancellation by You:
   • 30+ days before departure: 75% refund (excluding deposit).
   • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
   • Less than 15 days: No refund.
2. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). A full refund or alternative dates will be offered.
3. No-Shows: No refunds for unused services.

3. Travel Documents & Requirements

1. You are responsible for valid ID proofs, passports (if applicable), and permits (e.g., for restricted areas).
2. Inform us of any medical conditions or special needs in advance.

4. Changes to Itinerary

1. We may modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. Alternative arrangements will be provided.
2. Requested changes by you may incur additional charges.

5. Liabilities & Responsibilities

1. Our Liability: We are not liable for:
   • Delays, accidents, or losses beyond our control (e.g., flight cancellations, natural disasters).
   • Personal injury or property damage during activities not organized by us.
2. Your Responsibility: Follow safety guidelines, respect local customs, and ensure travel insurance covers emergencies.

6. Pricing & Inclusions

1. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or unforeseen cost increases.
2. Inclusions: Accommodation, meals (as specified), transport, and guided activities listed in the package.
3. Exclusions: Flights (unless stated), personal expenses, visas, and optional activities.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, wars, strikes). Refunds will be processed as per feasibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, text, images) is owned by Meet the Miles. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution
